This year’s event attracted over 600 guests to the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, including hundreds of tennis professionals. The RacquetDesk team was proud to have met and greeted many of them!

Sunday, September 18 (World Conference Arrives)
For RacquetDesk, the conference kicked off in the afternoon as we made a presentation to the USPTA Executive Committee about our business journey, values, and upcoming news and encouraged them to stop by our booth at the trade show. Our presentation was well received, and we appreciated the opportunity to strengthen our relationship with the excellent members of the committee. We then stopped by the XGLOSIVE party for some glow-in-the-dark tennis fun!
Monday, September 19
The USPTA Merchandise and Trade Show was our main focus of the week. We enjoyed an overflow of traffic for the duration of the show, thanks to our booth’s inviting design, premium swag, and hands-on demonstrations that helped us introduce racquet sports professionals to RacquetDesk’s comprehensive club management software. It was refreshing to reconnect with colleagues and clients across the country, and we enjoyed gaining not only new friends but also new ideas for improving our software and services from our wonderful conversations.
Tuesday, September 20
We enjoyed learning from the many experienced tennis professionals who presented lectures about various aspects of the industry during the course of the conference. (Be on the lookout for upcoming blogs from RacquetDesk.com featuring some of the insider information we gained!) In between lectures, we also scheduled and conducted several software demos with interested customers. At the end of the day, we gathered together with the USPTA Texas division for dinner, drinks, and mingling at the Olde Nola Cookery.
Wednesday, September 21
As the conference drew nearer to its close, we enjoyed the privilege of attending the USPTA awards luncheon. As the official conference sponsor, we enjoyed recognizing the hard work and dedication of all of the award winners. At the end of the day, we gathered together with all of the other attendees for a relaxing cruise on the Mississippi River aboard the Creole Queen. We enjoyed spending time with our new colleagues and friends and hope to do it again soon!
This has been an incredible year for RacquetDesk as we continue to expand our technology, services, and influence to support racquet sports professionals and organizations across the country.
