RacquetDesk, formerly 10sPortal, was formed in 2007 by Alberto Genty. The RacquetDesk team boasts a wealth of experience in software, management, and racquet sports. Our expertise provides us with unique insight into club management and player needs and has allowed us to create the best possible solution for you.
Founder & CEO
Alberto’s experience spans over 20 years in various facets of information technology management in academic, government, and private sector organizations. His areas of expertise include project management, business process analysis, improvement, automation, and systems analysis and design. Before founding RacquetDesk, he held high-level positions at Baylor College of Medicine, The National Space Biomedical Research Institute, and Kinnser Software.
Jason has been a tennis professional since 1999. For many years, he’s served his community in partnership with Set2Serve, a company focused on nurturing and developing underprivileged and underserved youth tennis players in Central Texas. Additionally, Hufford has worked with local tennis facilities, primarily in junior programs to grow the tennis game. He’s been a proud member of the RacquetDesk client services team since 2014.
Before joining the RacquetDesk team, Connie worked for seven years in various facets of club management, with specializations in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping. In her previous life, she worked as a civil engineer. An avid tennis player and occasional pickleball player herself, Connie enjoys participating in the women’s and mixed doubles USTA leagues. She is thrilled to be a part of the RacquetDesk team and combine her love of racquet sports with all things technical.
Jamie joined the RacquetDesk team in 2019 as an expert in client services and support and is involved in product release and knowledge base. She has over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry and business management. She has participated in many USTA teams and leagues. Swoyer is also an avid tennis player and fan, so combining these worlds in her career is a dream.
Tim is an experienced salesperson with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and operations management. A specialist in B2B sales, Tim has worked in various industries, including insurance, power tools, software, sports, and uniforms. He is thrilled to be a part of the RacquetDesk sales team and combine his talent for client relations with his passion for sports.
Chief Happiness Officer
When not stretching, yawning, scratching, napping, or getting after a tasty treat, Paco’s primary responsibilities include tail wagging, playing fetch (frisbee and traditional), and hanging with his bros at the dog park. Other duties are keeping the younger pups in line and being the best friend anyone could have.
